Return and Refund Policy

At Junlight, I aim to provide meaningful, empowering, and high-quality spiritual services. As the work I do involves intuitive guidance and time-based sessions, please read the following carefully regarding returns and refunds.

1. Intangible Services (Readings, Coaching, Sessions)

Due to the nature of digital/intuitive services:

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds for completed sessions.
If you are unsatisfied with your reading, please contact me within 24 hours of your session. I will do my best to address your concerns or offer additional guidance if appropriate.
Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. I’ll be happy to move your appointment to a new time.
No-shows or late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a canceled session with no refund.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

If your purchase includes a physical product (e.g. card decks, journals, crystals), you may request a return under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns due to damage or wrong item received must be supported with a photo and description.
