Return and Refund Policy

At Junlight, I aim to provide meaningful, empowering, and high-quality spiritual services. As the work I do involves intuitive guidance and time-based sessions, please read the following carefully regarding returns and refunds.

1. Intangible Services (Readings, Coaching, Sessions)

Due to the nature of digital/intuitive services:

  • All sales are final. I do not offer refunds for completed sessions.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your reading, please contact me within 24 hours of your session. I will do my best to address your concerns or offer additional guidance if appropriate.
  • Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. I’ll be happy to move your appointment to a new time.
  • No-shows or late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a canceled session with no refund.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

If your purchase includes a physical product (e.g. card decks, journals, crystals), you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns due to damage or wrong item received must be supported with a photo and description.

  • Reason for return
  • Photo of item (if applicable)

4. Refund Process (for approved physical returns only)

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
